Ok, some of the oars are up. Keep steering her gently, Buddy. We have passed Charybdis. This is not yet time for dancing and singing, rocking the boat, waving to the people on shore and calling them back from their holidays. If we keep things quiet here and add power gently, we will pass safely way off Scylla without ramming into it. Then you can bring her home for that party and let her go full steam ahead. This is the best buying opportunity, not the time to sell. Don't wake up Wee yet.
