data_rox:looks like Q is participating too, eh? Remains to be seen - there were after all 8 dissenting votes. Besides which, if Flash-OFDM is chosen as the mobile standard, QCOM may only be participating as a chipmaker, on the same level as other non-IPR holders... Flarion is heading up the new initiative. We shall see what develops - all JMHO of course. Rob
