I have been reading your notes on RAIN and couldn't decide to jump in or not. However after talking it over with my daughter investing in Dave / Buster's or RAin. She said no comparison in them. Rain in Woodfield was just great and Dave here in Philly is OK its like an arcade or chucky cheese?? I read the article in investors and approached her again since rain was down $10 since purchase and she still feels RAIN is a place she would often go to.
