Jeff: Thanks for the update. More government sector's fiasco can be located at Gary North's website: garynorth.com Read it and rejoice. Both offshore cheap labor (IMRS, CBSL, MAST and Syntel) and automatic tool (ALYD, PTUS and MatriDigm) will shine because US government has already passed the point of no return. Even though they have all the programmers that want, the shrinking time window will NOT permit them to complete the task on time. It's party time. Where are the sakes?
