Dear Michael: I was referring to all the documents, notes, e-mails, etc. concerning the HP:CPQ merger, going w-a-y back, that WW wants. This was in a news item a few days ago. At the time HP said what a burden collecting all these things would be for them and CPQ. If the judge throws out the case, HO and CPQ won't have the nightmare of getting these things.

My sentiments. I just wish Deutsch Bank would come forward and say something.
