PCSS, I just got the judge's opinion on the case.

1) he said that Deutsche Bank's vote is irrelevant here; it's a non issue.

2) Future events earnings, job cuts etc. are just projections and WW can't prove or disprove future projections.

3) My husband said if he were hearing the case he'd toss it out as it has no merit. He did however say that there is a slim chance the case could be heard if the standard in that court is very low to allow the case to go to trial.
