Some proxy vote process questions...... 1- Why is it taking so long to count the votes? 2- Who gets to see the initial vote count? I ask this because I wonder how HWP can believe they have slim but sufficient majority. Did HWP get to see all the voting, and then send the cards to the oganization that will certify the count? If so, and they have an idea of the totals, why in the world is the certification process taking so long? HWP had their estimate the day the vote was done. And if not, how can HWP have any idea what the totals were? Elroy
