Upgrading SCMR is a ficking joke! SCMR Sycamore Ntwks upped by Lehman to Strong Buy -- compelling valuation (3.44) Lehman upgrades to STRONG BUY from Mkt Perform on view that risk/potential reward ratio is quite compelling at current levels. Firm establishes a price target of $5.50. Lehman lowers price target on SONS to $4 from $10 and STLW to $6 from $10. Targets reflect firm's estimate of buyout value.
