Selectric,

Vanderslice is leaving at the end of the year. Back in August 01, his position was changed to a "senior advisory" role. I think his initial position was to help DELL become even more streamlined and efficient. As a proponent of lower prices he told reporters once that "Dell's lower price points were going to make the competitive computer landscape look like Bosnia." Can't find his stock holdings, but I can bet that 110m of sales isn't a large percentage of his entire holdings.

Cheers
Kaka
