If you are going to play the VVUS options without taking a position in the stock itself then you need to pick point to unload them. The volume has picked up and the options are appreciating fast at this point. Depending on when you picked up the options your net cost basis should be lower right now? 1. Want to play it conservative? Unload this week and make a fair return off the option appreciation. Thursday or Friday would be my choice! 2. Want a quick squeeze from VVUS? Then exercise your options by Thursday and write covered calls for July or August 30s or 35s on Friday. One the up side you will make a mininum profit and get called out next Friday (following Monday notice). You should be able to lock in 4 to 6 points for your anxiety. 3. Feel lucky and want to MUSE yourself? Write out two months to the $35 strike price and use the premies to buy VVUS PUTS and CALLS. How can this stock go down from here? It's only now starting to make money! You are in on the ground floor startup!
