I've only followed hgsi very casually,
never read through their reports or
anything. But yes, I do seem to remember
seeing in various articles that they
had a nice cash stash. DNA always seems
to come up in magazine articles and such
as cash rich too...there are obviously
a handful that did well and raised money
in 1999-2000.

Remember, I try to follow the microcaps--
and when I do venture out above a couple
hundred million marketcap, it is not too
long before my companies come back down
into microcap land. <g>
