I assume that SPECULATIVE BUY to BUY is an upgrade. 25,000m of drilling is a lot but the more the better when doing the feasability study. On the downside, it may mean that the structural complexity of the ore zone is very high and the project requires a lot of definition drilling to mitigate this.

Seems that they have a sound business plan and are doing all the right things. The LAST thing you want is a good property with bad management which doesn't appear to be the case here.
