Thank You Steven, As if it needed more validation, you are just adding to the point that I tried to make to Dave Luken in post #432 and others. Insider buying means nothing out of context, and very little in context. This is typical of most fundamental data. You can read an article in the same Barron's that had the recent write up on OO, about a company who's analysts wrote raves about it, even as it was losing 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, etc, percent in price. Check out the story on Boston Chicken in the current Forbes (or Fortune). They even have a price/timeline of how the stock tanked, and how that corresponded to various analysts upgrades, and great announcements from the company.
Remember, all that matters is price and volume action. All else is a guess.
