As I understand--and my knowledge is peripheral, at best--the Hamouth group's involvement with VNWC is that they're buying VNWC shares in the open market.

Some questions:

1) How does this fit to what you believe is past behavior?

2) What is NVWK?

3) What do you know about Video Network Communications, Inc., its technology, its management, its partnerships and clientele?
