Ten, as reported in the BBC article [see link below], there are several wings of the HAMAS......the military wing is responsible for the suicide bombings, other wings build schools and hospitals. I can't call an organization that does both inherently evil.

The HAMAS are opposed to the Israeli state and believe in an independent state for the Palestinians. I can't agree to their Israeli position. I think it is unreasonable but then there were a lot of King George Brits who felt the demand of "no taxation without representation" by our forefathers was unreasonable. Because King George did not agree with that view, many of our forefathers became terrorists, ambushing and killing Brits on dark, forested roads, and by making stealth forays into the Brits' forts. Were they evil? I don't think so. They believed they were right and willing to commit to violence to get what they wanted. I suspect the Hamas feel pretty much the same way. That doesn't necessarily make them evil.

I consider bin Laden evil; the HAMAS an enemy whose goals I can not agree to.
