It isn't because the news is not good on SGI that it is not moving higher IMO. So what is the reason??? Perhaps some short sellers need to cover? Perhaps some people are taking profits as we get into the end of the tax season. Technically, we could argue we have tested the 4 to 5 range and that some gaps now need to be filled and more basing done in this low range before the stock moves higher. Difficult to read this. mj
