Saddam's move 100% phony. Knows Israel is withdrawing within a few days anyway and won't have to do a thing. Just trying to save his ass by rallying Arabs around him. He's clever at propaganda (for a third world tin-pot with ignoramuses as his subjects) but it won't work.
