I didn't think that the corporation should have been held liable for the alleged acts of a waitress in that case, either. In fact, I used to frequent the Denny's in question, and never saw blacks turned away or mistreated. I never saw them segregated in seating, or heard any disrespect when they were seated next to me. My first reaction to the allegations was that they were a crock, my second that if they were true, they did not reflect the management as I knew and had observed it..........
