Tim, Webster's seems to disagree with you......the definitions of terror and terrorism: terror- a state of intense fear terrorism-a systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion. Then any systematic violence to coerce people would be terrorism. I think "Websters" has it wrong in this case. (I use the quotes around Webster's because there are probably over a dozen separate dictionaries all called Webster's) Tim
