You make it sound like they hung out in Tel Aviv and bit their tongues while the suicide bombs went off. The military has ringed the West Bank from the beginning. Then began to move into the West Bank shortly after the first group went off, and expanded their incursion week by week until now they are in all the West Bank towns and cities. I can praise the Israeli military for its professionalism and discipline but I have a hard time viewing the Israelis as restrained. ted
