LOL ! The Taiwan issue has often caused rough patches in bilateral ties and U.S. arms sales to Taiwan have angered Beijing. Beijing should have paid the bribe to Bush Inc., to get top billing. Instead Taiwan pays a measly few hundred mill and gets the "slip of the tongue" and the weapons ... "Pay for play". No big deal, business as usual, for Friends of Bush.
