JT, I think you're in error on your URSA comment tonight. There was a higher number (256.2) just last week. Still, it is high.

This is the 4th consecutive close the Arktos/OTC ratio has been in the 15's. Hopefully we get a more sustainable move this time. It's interesting if you look at a chart of the data how the drop from the 18's was so supersmooth down to 10. Compare that to how bumpy the ride down was from 16 to 6 after 9/11. Moral of story: if the drop in ratio goes to smoothly then the move is likely not going to stick well for long.
