Sorry for the delay, but I haven't logged on for ages. Use my newsletter address in the future. as far as RTEC is concerned, it is part of the portfolio, which I wish I took profits on a ferw weeks ago. However, it is still a respectable part of the portfolio and I deem it a good long term candidate. Would gladly pursue this through private email, if you like.
