We are simply pointing out that the "historical Arab State of Palestine" that the PLO loves to tell everybody about is a fiction. The first Arab State of Palestine was created in 1993 with establishment of the Palestinian Authority. There was never one before that. We are trying to combat the PLO's rewriting of history.
