She'd heard from a reliable source that Lee "should be able to settle at any time" and she wanted to know 1. if (as a point of law I think) they could settle "before a lawsuit" and 2. why they hadn't done so. She knows a big holder of the stock and what I got from her was that the PLMD insiders were not clear about WHEN the SEC brings or has to bring charges after making a formal inquiry. Clearly she was expecting some sort of settlement, and not a simple walking-away by the SEC, so yesterdays action must be seen by she and her sources as bullish.
