I think the moderate arab states are going thru the motions as well. Stopping terrorism is job #1 for those regimes. Everyone walking a fine line.
If peace is in the cards, a ceasefire at some point, withdrawl by israel from pal cities to security zones on the pal side of the borders, a declaration of a Pal state with arafat as titular head only(if that), US money pump, development of new PA perhaps with police initially coming from other muslim countries, perhaps nato troops replacing israelis on west bank border areas, full relations between most arab states and israel, return to tweaked 1967 borders, etc etc etc mike
