GST,re:"Japan...zero interest". I'm not sure anyone 'prefer' zero interest.
Some of them (who didn't prefer zero interest) got whacked by the
honest American Bond (some Princeton "quarranteed" "AAA") and lost
couple of Billions or something like that.
However, seems to me that Japanese are happier than Americans (
overall) after they learned how to live with less money and they still can
claim 'my country is Japan'. That's a lot to ask for USA(which really
belongs to everyone who comes to claim). I know, I know, I'm an
immigrant also. Precisely, this is why I see USA is going down because
of 'there is no defense'.

You know someone is going to make money out of you. Buy a mutual
fund(especially the one with LOAD), get whacked 4-5%. Then the annual
1-3%. So if the statistical information given out is correct, 'long term' is
8-10% (average). Don't bother risking it. Bonds it. It's not that much
difference.

Only a small circle and the smart ones can benefit from this environment.
For those 'long term buy and holder', thanks for your support/donation.

I heard a lot of 'prior financial experts' now 'sell RealEstate'. This is
how great this country is. If you don't like 'this', how about 'that'.
