market thoughts:

The rebound off the 9/01 lows, is well and truly over. Now, we see whether the market sets new intermediate-term lows. It will be bullish, indicating a probable end to the 2000-2002 Bear Market, if the upcoming bottom happens anywhere above the 9/01 lows.

The Nas is now approaching the 4/01 and 2/02 lows, in the 1600s. I am roughly targetting being 100% long in that area, and using margin below there. I'm about 20% cash at the moment.

So, far the telecom and telecom-equips have taken out their 9/01 lows. Most everything else I hold is 50% or so above those lows, and some are still doubles off those panic-selling lows. And there are some sectors that are near all-time highs, like CMH, a small-cap housing stock (sold yesterday my last shares). Tech is not the whole stock universe.
