Iran's Proposal

Iran, the Middle East's second-largest producer, reiterated its willingness to
cut oil exports in cooperation with its Arab neighbors to pressure Israel.

``Iran will join the embargo only if all the Arab members do as well,'' Abir
said. ``They know very well that Saudi Arabia, Kuwait'' and the United Arab
Emirates won't join any embargo, he said.
