FMO- Bondholders and asbestos claimants worked out a deal to take the company over with the bondholders getting just under 50% of the company. The claimants and of course the parasitic folks that represent them get the remainder. The shareholders get zip. The company has been around since 1899 and goes out like this. When will this country get some tort reform. The company doesn't have to take the deal or even look at it until they present their own plan for reorganization.
