In order to be free from legal demands on his time in order that he could function with 100%
focus on the more important task of being President of the USA. He wanted to be free to do a better
job for all of us......we owe him $800,000. <g>

Not really....if he had kept his paws off Monica, school children would not have had their tender minds
dragged through the mud whenever they heard daily news programs. For that, it's not possible
to set a price tag on what he owes them.
