Secretary of State Colin Powell said in Cairo the U.S. would send observers if the sides reached a truce.<< The observers will be small in number at first, then increase as their job is realized to be more extensive than originally thought, then some crazed Palestinian will blow up a few American soldiers, or an American soldier will accidentally shoot someone he should not have, then we withdraw in infamy to let Israel finish what it started.
