Leigh, You must be lonely here on the NLY board. Just discovered NLY and am buying in with monthly installments. Of course, as with most REITS the time to buys was March 2000 just as the tech sector was topping out. So, begs the question are you still invested? and at what point do you bail when the interest rate cycle reverses course and starts heading up? Your thoughts appreciated. JL
