The money coming out of the large cap flowing into the small caps causing moonshots? I think any financial professional would be sued if he didn't insist on diversication of equity holdings. Since a lot of shares are owned in MSFT INTC IBM etc as indicated by market cap, a lot of small cap stocks can be chased with those proceeds.
