I've never heard Intel nor Rambus talk about RDRAM as server memory. Until Samsung or another MM is making 1Gb parts, the 32-device limit per Rambus channel means that 2GB is the practical limit for installed memory. Most of the dedicated server chipsets start at 14-16GB of total installed memory.
