Regarding the Patent Pending - jfw - here is the answer to patent question

First, there are all sorts of systems that allow the doctor
and pharmacy to trade electronic information. That
is a growing commodity. What makes VPS special enough to
have its patent filing accepted (which is all that is
necessary to secure the exclusive rights to the
product) is, among other things, the link to the
regulator.

Currently, FDA protocols do not allow for the electronic
transmission of scheduled drug prescriptions -- and VPS
provisional patent includes a "work around" that allows this
system to track those prescriptions -- which is the
basis for the test under HB26.

The bottom line is, if the system involves electronic
communication between the doctor, pharmacy, and regulator, it will involve VPS.

IMO it is the regulator that makes us unique and a winner.

Hope this helps
