wade, remember, you are looking at 40% dilution. that means earnings must increase at least that muh to keep par. not to mention taxes will kick in and further reduce eps.

long term i think swtx puts the millions to good use. short term, i see 80% chance this stock drops.

i've been wrong a lot, though... ;-)
