Not quite sure of your position but seems that you support Clinton & condemn the right for dragging him through the courts. I agree with you, if that's the case. I disagree with him on certain issues, but I agree the Special Prosecutor was a political move by his opponents. The same is true however of the left when it tried to corner Pres Reagan during the Iran Contra incident. Pres Reagan & Oliver North are, in fact, American heroes who were doing what was necessary to protect this country. In that incident the left used legal charges in order to hobble the Presidency. It's a downright foolish strategy as was just demonstrated on Sept 11. While bogging down the Pres with legal entanglements the opposition is putting the security of the nation at jeopardy. American politics has become so vicious in recent yrs that partisans cannot see the forest for the trees any longer. We should disband the Special Prosecutor office & put in place a law that protects the President from legal charges, unless they are for murder or treason, until the term expires.
