In the mid-90s all my work was done on Sun - and occassionally HP - workstations. Today I have a Win2k box on my desk connected to a farm of Linux boxes in a room I never go into. Within three years I expect Hewpaq to be going through a "let's merge with Scott" proxy fight.

But between now and then I expect McNeely to pull off one more magnificent run.

PS Don't forget SUNW is still up ~100% over the past four years. That ain't bad!
