Keith, Tobin is wise, you are either a fool or a devil. The entire idea for the tax is to try to take the speculation out of world currency markets. The Tobin notion is to stabilize currency exchange. That is a worthwhile goal. Your disingenuous trivialization of this worthwhile goal is yet another indication that you are either ridiculously unaware of how the world works, or part of the problem of sophisticated bums trying to increase their bank accounts by acting as complete scoundrels.
