DH and Duke: Thanks for the input. My own view is that if she goes beyond what MSFT did and starts judging on what MSFT might do and protects the competition rather than the consumer than MSFT will go to the SC and there will be more uncertainty. In any event how does this justify MSFT's precipitous drop yesterday afternoon in the last hour. If MSFT goes down 4.1 % for a 2.4% market drop what is going on here? Is MSFT that easy to manipulate because of its liquidity or is there really a MSFT specific problem out there? JFD
