I heard Ron Kuby giving a defence of her on the news this morning. It wasn't convincing. I don't want to be using the T-word without seeing the case for it laid out, but viscerally (not a good way to make decisions of gravity that may involve legal precedent) it "feels" like treason to me. Would someone here be able to lay out the cases that it is treason and that it falls short of treason? I mean, is anyone following it that closely? How about "smirk"? Reevaluated yet? g
