Yes, there is that. We have seen the emergence of a sub-culture, which includes significant numbers of people throughout the Moslem world, that glorifies death, revenge, and a total unwillingness to compromise. True Believers, or "dead-enders". Only in Iraq and Palestine do the rulers support this minority. In all other Moslem countries, this sub-culture is a deadly threat to existing regimes. There is simply no negotiating with these fanatics. The only response that works, is to cut them off from the civilian population that supports them, and wage a war of extermination against them.
