I'm looking. What I saw was a WSJ reporter interviewed on CNBC (a couple of times) talking about it, but I'm positive I also saw a wire story. It was a Merrill analyst's email that basically said "why do we have a 'buy' on this stock when we know it's going to tank".

I'll post it when I find it, but I think it's been all over the place and shouldn't be too hard to locate if you feel like poking around yourself.
