Permanent residency doesn't matter, according to the high court. The Bush daughter, no doubt, spent time at the mansion, and that's enough of a link to get the entire clan thrown out of this particular upscale public housing unit. She evidently wasn't employed because, the night of the drug arrest, she was scheduled to start a new job the very next day.

Maybe Katherine "Cruella" Harris can roll up her sleeves and help the family move out of the mansion.
