We're not talking about leases per se. We're talking about a legal basis for eviction when a crime has been committed. Unfortunately for you, the unfortunate situation of Jeb Bush's daughter meets all the conditions. Actually, a stronger case could be made for evicting the Jeb Bush family than someone with a public housing address whose son or daughter abused drugs. The former pay no rent, whereas the latter do. If the high court says the parents must pay for the sins of the offspring in terms of public housing occupancy ... and that is what the majority of the court said ... then there is no defense for the Florida Bushes. It's time they hit the road for sake of "law and order."
