I thought that IATV were developing an interesting relationship with WOWTV through relationship with Intellocity. WOWTV has a very interesting concept and may turn out to be a very fast growing company. I suspected that the Intellocity relationship may have led to an opening for SpotOn and HyperTV. Unfortunately WOWTV just announced that they will utilize OpenTV/Predictive Networks solution to interactive advertising. This just seems like one more reason for the selling to continue as it seems to have stepped up after this announcement.

I don't think that the NASCAR deal is much of a revenue generator in the near term. This deal seems to have been "hyped" on some other boards (you could be cynical and say that it allowed the sellers of several hundred thousands shares to get a better price).
