I think the share price speaks for itself. This company might soon find itself on the OTCBB if they're not careful. Then, it's only a matter of time before it's manipulated to death. Personally, credit lines don't mean much to me. It only gives the loaner more leverage to take over the company (particularly such a small one) should business faulter even slightly, and the line starts to be used. Then, they simply sell off the viable assets and run the company into the ground. Hence, my assumption. That profit of $604K will hardly keep the dogs from the door in a sector that just is not growing right now, especially with net sales decreasing. Add that to the negative publicity from Kopstein's shenanigans and this doesn't add up well, IMO. I hope I'm wrong. I'd like to take part in a resurgence. But I'm not seeing it now, or in the foreseeable future.
