Hi NW, Upon last check - I'm right there with you. Time will be our friend.It is at least comforting to know that the slowing of sales is not Orcl specific. Now to see what I know/believe - Web based services will be the first upgrades to implement because they are so cost justifiable. They provide enhanced services to your customer base and eliminate people.People are always the biggest expense for companies.
