You must learn history. I do not know if I have the patience to make up for the defects in your education. Suffice it to say that the Left was historically defined by its commitment to using government to promote equality, and that the Communists were those who were committed to using revolution and the "dictatorship of the proletariat" (whose class interests were represented by the "vanguard party") to force equality, on the theory that "bourgeois democracy" was irreformable. Socialists were generally differentiated from Communists by their commitment to democratic reformism, but still wanted to control most of the economy to promote equality. Social democrats were "weak socialists", who were mainly interested in promoting social welfare legislation, but were content to rely on the market for economic development, with some controls. Social democrats came to be called liberals in the United States.
